Electrically conductive Dip tubes

Dip tubes made of electrically conductive plastic, for dispensing flammable liquids and for use in explosive atmospheres.
Only to be used in conjunction with electrically conductive Dispense and Fill Heads.

The conductive version is electrostatically safe according to the Cenelec Technical Report TR 50404:2003.

Available in product lines

QC2
G-Series
M2-Series

Available Materials

Elec. conductive / dissipative
PP
PVDF
PFA
Stainless steel V4A

Grounding

Dip Tubes and Dispense / Fill Heads have to be grounded appropriately prior to use.

Dispense / Fill Heads:
Grounding via incorporated grounding wire

Dip Tubes:

Grounding via optional grounding wire, contact ring or clamp.

Options

Bellows

The flexible bellows at the end of the dip tube can sit on the bottom of the container and thus enables the container to be completely emptied.

Type “S” - closed

The most widespread dip tube closure in the form of a 3/4” or 1” stopper.

Type “T” - closed

The alternative to type “S” if a tamper proof closure needs to be attached.

Versions for QC2, QC3, M2-Series.

Corrugated PFA Tubing with Antistatic Outer Layer

  • Conductive Flare connections on both tube ends
  • 10cm-long straight hose ends on both sides so that the QC Dispense Head can easily be connected with the flare connecting system
  • More stable compared to usual corrugated PFA tubing due to inwards corrugation
