Dispense Head with Integrated Bubble Sensor

Signals when containers are empty.

Dispense heads with integrated bubble sensor enable automated operation.

Depending on the setting, the sensor can stop the pump before air enters the suction line, or suction can continue for several seconds to achieve the best possible residual emptying.

Incorporation in the dispense head ensures trouble-free operation as the sensor cannot slip, as is often the case when attached to tubing.

Signaling when the container is completely emptied

Signal can enable:
- Actuation of the pump
- Switching between two containers
- Control of lights or signal horns
Sensor does not come in contact with the chemical
