G-Series Dispense and Fill Heads with a ball valve can be optionally equipped with a multifunctional module, which allows signalling when the ball valve is in the correct position.
Manual turncocks in the Dispense and Fill Heads enable a variety of applications:
- Higher flow rates
- No flow losses due to check valve
- Can be used in both flow directions
- Particularly suitable for:
- very viscous or abrasive media (e.g. slurries)
- chemicals with low boiling points.
For example, ammonia solution can start to boil at higher temperatures and when powerful pumps are used (bubbles form). The turncock reduces the pressure loss in the suction pipe compared to Dispense Heads with a self-closing check valve.
